About This Role
This full-time Dedicated CDL-A Truck Driver position offers consistent miles, reliable pay, and great home time. You will know your routes, customers, and typical shipments, ensuring no surprises from unexpected freight. The role involves transporting portable storage units to storage centers or hub facilities across the 48 contiguous states.
Responsibilities
- Transport portable storage units to storage centers or hub facilities
- Secure and strap down containers and storage units
- Pick up and deliver across the 48 contiguous states (no NYC deliveries), may not deliver in all states but will travel through
- Log 70 hours in 8 days
- Complete fuel tickets
- Complete delivery receipt
- Hook/Unhook trailer
- Perform pre-trip inspections
- Drive
- Lift and move side kits
- Secure load with chains and hardware
- Climb onto and off the flatbed trailer/load
- Count freight
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-year verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years
- Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age
- No convictions for reckless driving within the past 5 years
- No convictions for DUI or DWI within the past 5 years
- No suspensions or revocations for a moving violation within the past 5 years
- No serious violations within the previous 12 months (15 mph or greater, following too closely, improper passing, traffic offense committed in a CMV in connection with a fatality)
- No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years
- No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the past 3 years
- Ability to sit upright for extended periods of time
- Regular predictable attendance

Important Details
- Home Time: Generally home on Fridays and out on Mondays; minimum of 2 weeks out, but could average 3 weeks. If out for two weeks, two days home. If out for three weeks, three days home. Will be required to reset while on the road, 34 hours. Dispatch is based on freight availability and location. Flexible home time to accommodate preferred time off and home days.
