About This Role
This full-time role as a Dedicated CDL-A Truck Driver offers consistent miles, reliable pay, and good home time. You will transport portable storage units, knowing your routes, customers, and typical shipments, ensuring no surprises from unexpected freight.
Responsibilities
- Transport portable storage units to storage centers or hub facilities
- Secure and strap down containers and storage units
- Pick up and deliver across the 48 contiguous states (no NYC deliveries), may not deliver in all states but will travel through
- Log 70 hours in 8 days
- Complete fuel tickets
- Complete delivery receipt
- Hook/Unhook trailer
- Perform pre-trip inspections
- Drive
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-year verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years
- Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age
- No convictions for reckless driving within the past 5 years
- No convictions for DUI or DWI within the past 5 years
- No suspensions or revocations for a moving violation within the past 5 years
- No serious violations within the previous 12 months (15 mph or greater, following too closely, improper passing, traffic offense committed in a CMV in connection with a fatality)
- No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years
- No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the past 3 years
- Ability to lift and move side kits (46 lbs)
- Ability to secure load with chains and hardware (80 lbs)
- Ability to climb onto and off the flatbed trailer/load
- Ability to sit upright for extended periods of time for extensive travel

Important Details
- Home Time: Generally home on Fridays and out on Mondays; minimum of 2 weeks out, but could average 3 weeks
- Home Time: If out for two weeks, two days home; if out for three weeks, three days home
- Schedule: Will be required to reset while on the road (34 hours)
- Schedule: Dispatch is based on freight availability and location
