We are hiring experienced CDI IPDRG professionals for our Hyderabad team. The role involves reviewing clinical documentation and medical records, assigning accurate IPDRG codes, supporting Clinical Documentation Improvement, and ensuring compliance with coding guidelines and quality standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Review clinical documentation to identify gaps and opportunities for CDI.
- Validate documentation supporting accurate IPDRG assignment.
- Perform accurate IPDRG coding based on clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with clinical and coding teams to clarify documentation.
- Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and quality standards.
