About the role

Job Description

Job Summary

The Supply Chain Associate will support the assessment and evaluation of suppliers while assisting with supplier onboarding, including qualification reviews and supplier portal approvals. This role will also gain knowledge of and apply procurement processes and procedures in day-to-day activities. The position will collaborate closely with the Procurement and Supply Chain team, Accounts Payable, and the Sustainability COE.

Job Duties

Supplier Management and Onboarding

  • Ensure proper legal documentation and background checks are completed

  • Answer and guide supplier with registration, profile updates and invoice entry in the Oracle supplier portal

  • Serve as liaison with suppliers and internal stakeholders coordinating supplier communications

  • Follow and promote Supply Chain Management policy and procedures of the company.

  • Understand the negotiation of contracts, ordering documents and renewals.

  • Track new supplier requests and status in various shared tools

ESG Program Support

  • Support supplier categorization and review activities for GHG and ESG reporting requirements.

  • Develop an understanding of and contribute to the company s ESG initiatives and objectives.

  • Participate in ESG-related meetings and support follow-up actions as required.

  • Assist with the preparation, organization, and analysis of annual GHG data.

Other

  • Provide daily support to all supply chain activities as needed

  • Respond and send emails related to the Finance supplier management inbox

  • Other duties as required

  • Assist with Oracle Supplier Portal quarterly regression testing

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Experience: 2+ years in procurement/purchasing, Oracle Cloud Financials, ESG initiatives, Smartsheet, online ordering/data systems, and multi-office environment exposure

License(s)/Certification(s): NA

Software: Proficiency in Excel (filters, pivot tables, lookups) and comfort navigating Oracle systems and reporting tools.

Language(s): English communication

Other Knowledge, Skills Abilities:

  • Ability to think strategically

  • Basic knowledge of current procurement strategies and best practices

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Ability and ease in communication with colleagues in the United States and India
