We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and energetic Catering Manager to join our team in South London. Our Trust celebrates the diversity of our school community. We welcome visits to our schools.

Our Ideal Candidate Will

• have experience of successfully working as Kitchen Manager position (or in a similar job role).
• have experience of managing staff
• have suitable communication skills to all sections of the academy community both verbally and in writing
• have the ability to operate as part of a team or individually as required
• have the ability to manage multiple kitchens
• have the ability to lead and motivate staff
• demonstrate a willingness and enthusiasm for training and progression
• display a commitment to the Trust’s equalities policies
• have experience of meeting monthly KPIs.
• have experience in driving sales and initiating marketing ideas.
