Are you an experienced Catering Manager with a hands-on approach to kitchen management? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment, inspiring teams to deliver quality meals and service? If so, we want you to join our team as a Catering Manager at our Twin Waters site on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
Who We Are:
Apex Camps operates two highly successful camps, including Apex Camp Sunshine Coast at Twin Waters and Apex Camp Magnetic Island in beautiful North Queensland.
We deliver high-quality, customer-focused educational and recreational camp experiences for school groups, sporting and community organisations.
Our camps provide a variety of activities, with a strong emphasis on safety, engagement, and memorable guest experiences.
At Apex Camps, we have a strong focus on culture and core values, along with ensuring child safety and well-being is embedded in Apex Camps leadership, governance, and culture.
About the Role:
The Catering Manager is responsible for ensuring quality meals and snacks are provided to guests, creating a memorable dining experience for our clients. This is coupled with the concept that the camp is a business unit that needs to run profitably with effective overseeing of budgets, cost-stock controls, and management of kitchen assets.
