Catering Manager

Duties

• Coordinate and oversee all catering events, from mid-size to large banquets, ensuring flawless execution and customer satisfaction
• Supervise kitchen staff, servers, to maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service
• Train staff on customer service techniques, and operational procedures to foster a skilled and motivated team
• Manage shift schedules, assign duties efficiently, and handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to uphold excellent service standards

Requirements

• Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management, staff training & development, and interviewing skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple catering events simultaneously
• Hospitality management experience including banquet or hotel catering is highly desirable
• Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced setting.
