Catering Delivery Driver

About This Role

Delivering catering orders to clients and setting them up at specified locations is the core of this part-time weekend position. The role involves being the face of Tatte within the community and to clients, providing exceptional service while upholding Tatte's standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport and deliver catering orders to designated locations
• Ensure catering orders are accurate, complete, and delivered on time
• Assist with loading, unloading, and setting up catering orders
• Provide warm, professional, and welcoming service when interacting with catering clients
• Handle food and catering equipment with care while following food safety and sanitation standards
• Communicate delivery issues, delays, or client concerns to the appropriate team
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and equipment
• Follow Tatte service and product standards to ensure an exceptional catering experience
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong passion for our menu and products and a desire to provide our guests with an exceptional and unique experience at every opportunity
• Engaging, warm, and welcoming communication skills and presence
• Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a delivery vehicle
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to navigate delivery routes and follow assigned schedules
• Ability and willingness to work Saturdays and Sundays, typically from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• Able to work shifts of up to eight hours, including standing, sitting, squatting, walking for extended periods, and walking up and down stairs
• Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
