Job Responsibilities Lighting
- Support production lighting staff as directed by HOD or Supervisor for lighting.
- Understand and help enforce MBS safety procedures and follow SOPs.
- Hang, Focus, Repair, and Maintain light equipment under the direction of the lighting supervisor.
- Ensure work tasks and projects are completed on time and support the productivity of the team.
Audio
- Supports all stage sound and video operations for shows and events within the theatre
- Ensure production requirements are delivered
- Responsible for operating, troubleshooting or maintaining A/V systems and inventory
Staging
- Operate / maintain theatrical rigging and staging equipment and systems
- Use of various hand tools and machinery for installation, repairs and maintenance.
- Responsible for operating, troubleshooting and maintaining systems and inventory
- Responsible for WHS within the theatre in the area of Staging and Rigging
Job Requirements Education & Certification
- Valid Work-At-Height Certification
Experience
- Prior experience working in Entertainment/ Theatre / Events Industry.
Other Prerequisites
- Subject to position required, must be competent in either Lighting, Audio/ AV, or Staging duties.
