Your Journey So Far To Succeed In This Position, You Bring
- Previous Experience: You have hands-on experience working as a casino dealer or in a similar gaming role, where you gained knowledge of various casino games and their rules (e.g., blackjack, poker, roulette, etc.).
- Fluent in English: You have strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with guests and your team in a multicultural environment.
- Customer Service Focus: You are committed to providing exceptional guest service, always with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Casino Operations Knowledge: You understand the mechanics of casino operations, including handling chips, managing game tables, ensuring compliance with rules, and monitoring the fair play of games.
- Adaptability and Teamwork: You work well under pressure and can adapt to different situations, handling high-volume gaming environments while being part of a diverse and dynamic team.
Your Essentials We’re looking for someone who embodies these qualities:
- Experience Required: previous proven experience in the role
- Fluency in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary to interact with guests and crew.

- Flexibility: Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
