The Job
As a Casino Cashier Technician I, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guest-facing cashiering technology operates seamlessly. In this hands-on position, you'll troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and relocate cage and kiosk equipment while delivering exceptional guest service. If you enjoy technology, problem-solving, and working in a dynamic casino environment, this is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on the guest experience. All responsibilities are performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, procedures, and service standards.
The Day-to-day
- Maintain finance equipment for cashiering department such as jet sorter, calculators, self-service ticket redemption and jackpot machines, currency counters, strap counters, time stamp machines
- Perform preventative maintenance, modifications, and relocation of kiosk machines (NRT - ticket and Jackpot machines) and peripheral devices
- Coordinate with the cashiering operations staff to ensure maximum operating efficiency; promote the company's goals and values
- Ensure all cashiering kiosk machines are operating within DGE approved internal controls, company policies and procedures
- Assist in drop, replacement and maintenance of the kiosk on a daily basis Assist Technician I on maintenance of the kiosk machines on a daily basis
- Circulate through assigned area performing repairs as necessary
- Responsible for the initial set-up and testing of all new equipment
- Complete all regulatory/operational documents thoroughly and legibly
- Assist cashiers and bankers with moving tokens, cash, and gaming vouchers
The Ideal Candidate
- High School Diploma or GED is Required
- 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience In a similar resort setting is Required
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays is Required

Pay Rate
The rate for this role is:
$18.00
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
