Description of the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized professional to work as a Cash Inspector in our retail company. As a Cash Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and efficient functioning of cash operations, playing a key role in maintaining excellence in the services provided to our customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Check and record the opening and closing cash amounts, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of balances.
- Monitor financial transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies quickly and effectively.
- Issue daily cash activity reports, analyzing data and proposing improvements to processes.
- Guide and train the cash attendant team on procedures, policies, and best practices.
- Conduct periodic cash counts and reconcile balances.
- Keep the cash area organized and clean, ensuring the safety and comfort of customers.
Desired Profile:
- Completed high school education,
- Previous experience in cash management-related functions, preferably in the retail segment.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong numerical reasoning and knowledge of financial operations.
- Proactivity, flexibility, and ability to work in a team.
- Great interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
