Responsibilities Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking to build a strong foundation in corporate treasury and accounting? We are seeking a proactive Cash Coordinator to join our Treasury Department.
In this role, you will serve as an integral team member managing daily liquidity, monitoring transactional data, and serving as a vital operational liaison between market leadership and central treasury functions. Position Highlights
- Daily Cash Management: Utilize online banking platforms to extract, analyze, and monitor daily banking transactional data to support corporate cash positioning and reporting needs.
- Cash Summaries & Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly cash summaries for regional accounting teams and generate weekly detailed Excel reports covering ACH, EFT, and wire transactions.
- Cross-Departmental Support: Serve as a responsive contact for the treasury department mailbox, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting operational issues, and providing clear communication to field leadership.
- Corporate Deposits: Log, process, and deposit incoming corporate check payments to ensure timely ledger postings.
Team Collaboration: Provide vital backup coverage across various treasury operations functions and complete special projects as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Up to 3 years experience in treasury, finance, or corporate accounting preferred but not required
