This remote Caseworker role supports a US-based home care agency's operations during business hours, focusing on client and caregiver coordination. Responsibilities

• Follow up on client inquiries and service-related concerns
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, caregivers, and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs)
• Coordinate new client admissions, reassessments, and service updates
• Resolve issues involving client care, scheduling, insurance, and authorizations
• Maintain accurate client documentation and communication records
• Work closely with Scheduling, Compliance, Payroll, and Recruiting teams
• Conduct routine client satisfaction and retention follow-up
• Match caregivers with clients based on individual needs and preferences
• Monitor service authorizations and proactively resolve issues
• Respond promptly to urgent client and caregiver concerns
• Assist with after-hours or weekend support when required
• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and accountability

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Case Manager/Caseworker/Scheduler/Care Coordinator in a US-based home care agency is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution abilities
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an in-office team
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment
• Fluent English-speaking and listening proficiency
