Caring for individuals to help them rehabilitate and contribute to greater community safety is the core of this full-time, ongoing Case Manager role. The position involves applying evidence-based case management practices to individuals at medium risk of reoffending, actively engaging them, and ensuring responsive, targeted interventions to reduce their risk of reoffending.
Community Correctional Services (CCS) contributes to the safety of the community by applying practices that reduce reoffending and connect individuals to programs, services and community. CCS provides management of individuals on court orders, people who have committed serious sex offences on post sentence supervision and prisoners on parole.
The Victorian Government is responsible for public schools, health, policing, roads and traffic, public housing and business regulation.
