Full Time Permanent Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager
Are you a passionate Registered Nurse / RN – Case Manager / Care Coordinator seeking new opportunity within a Hospital Setting? We are seeking a Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to work the day shift 8am to 4:30pm with 1 weekend rotating.
What we Offer for the Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager:
- Competitive Pay: Compensation notes: $31.50 hour to $42 hour (base is highly dependent of years of experience)
- Shift DiFF: Evening Shift - $2.50 Weekend Shift - $2.00. Earn up to $4.50 extra an hour for working the evening shift over the weekend.

What the Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager will be doing:
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial and medical assessments and develop individualized case management and discharge plans.
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure appropriate level of care, resource utilization, and patient throughput.
- Perform utilization review and evaluate admissions/observation status for medical necessity while communicating with payors and providers.
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and healthcare staff to remove barriers to care, improve outcomes, and ensure regulatory compliance and proper documentation.
Qualifications for the Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager opening:
- Must have 3 recent years of Case Management experience within an acute setting.
- Accepting Case Managers with home health and insurance if prior acute experience is relevant.
- Associated Degree Required, Current FL Licensure or Compact Licensure Accepted.
