Duties

- Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.

- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management on scheduling, staffing needs, and operational improvements.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality management sectors is preferred.
- Proven ability to train and develop staff effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of culinary practices and food safety standards is essential.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
