Min Qualifications:
- Must have demonstrated experience as a CNA. 3-5 yrs preferred.
- Must be willing to work weekends, holidays FT or PRN.
- Have a valid Mississippi state driver’s license and RELIABLE transportation.
- References and background check will be performed.

- Ability to communicate with clients and to remain calm under stress.
Performance Responsibilities and Standards:
- Provide services following the Amada Plan of Care.
- Proficient use of health care (Hoyer lift) shower equipment and safety supplies.
- Meet requirements of Caregiver job description.
- Report any changes in the client’s condition to the supervisor.
- Accurately document services and submit documentation in a timely manner, per agency policy.
- Committed to enriching lives by providing nurturing, compassionate non-medical in-home care.
Required experience:
- CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT - CNA
or - Proven reliable work history as a caregiver, PCA, or Direct Care Worker with documented references.

As a Caregiver/Personal Care Assistant in the Brandon area, you will provide essential support to seniors and individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. Reporting to the care manager, your core responsibilities will include patient observation, assisting with ADLs, and ensuring a safe and clean environment. Utilizing your premium skills in first aid and home & community care, you will enhance the quality of life for clients. Your relevant experience in long-term care and social work will further enrich the care provided, making a meaningful impact on the lives of those you serve.
