What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, feeding, light housekeeping, and laundry.
- Escort and assist clients based on individualized care plans.
- Observe and report changes in clients' physical or emotional condition.
- Promote safety by following infection control procedures and proper body mechanics.
- Build positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Support clients in maintaining independence, dignity, and quality of life.
What We're Looking For
✅ At least 1 year of caregiving experience with the elderly or frail population
✅ Compassionate, patient, and dependable
✅ Comfortable providing home visits
✅ Driver's license and reliable transportation preferred (public transportation is acceptable)
✅ Comfortable with a 3–6 month contract assignment
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Basic English communication and documentation skills
✅ Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
