About This Role

This caregiver role provides hands-on support to seniors in an Assisted Living and Memory Care community, working as part of a collaborative team. The position involves assisting residents with daily activities and building meaningful relationships to enhance their comfort, wellbeing, and quality of life. Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents living in the Assisted Living and Memory Care community
• Promote socialization and inspire participation in community activities while prioritizing resident safety and well-being
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services provided and promptly report any observed changes to supervisors
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care as needed
• Make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction top priorities in every interaction

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
• Must be able to effectively use company-issued electronic devices such as tablets, smartphones, and laptops for job-related tasks
• Professional, pleasant, and team-oriented attitude
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential
• Offers of employment are contingent upon completion of applicable post-offer pre-employment screenings, which may include a job-related background check, drug screening, physical examination, and TB testing, consistent with applicable laws

Important Details

• Schedule: Full-time, 2:30pm-10:45pm, rotating schedule includes weekends/holidays
• Schedule: PRN (On-Call/As Needed), 6:30am-2:45pm, 2:30pm-10:45pm, 10:30pm-6:45am
