- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Help with transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair), walking, and light exercise to maintain physical mobility and prevent falls.
- Remind clients/the patient to take prescribed medications on time. Observe and report any changes in physical or mental health to family members.

- Maintain accurate daily logs of care provided, activities, and any notable incidents or health changes.
- Take review from the patient about treatment and services which can be a video or voice record.
