About the role
Overview The Graduate School of Technology (GST) seeks a dynamic career development professional to facilitate the Level 1 Career Readiness Program for international graduate students pursuing careers in technology and related fields.
This required, non-credit-bearing program is a key component of GST's student success strategy and is designed to help students successfully navigate the U.S. job market, build professional skills, strengthen their personal brand, and develop effective career management strategies.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging workshop sessions.
- Provide individualized coaching and feedback.
- Review assignments and assess student progress.
- Track attendance and participation.
- Submit required reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with GST staff.
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in a related field.
- Experience in career services, recruiting, workforce development, HR, or related areas.
- Demonstrated success coaching students or professionals.
- Teaching, training, coaching, or facilitation experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international students. Knowledge of technology-sector recruiting and STEM careers. Experience with career readiness instruction.
Maximum Salary USD $3,400.00/Course
Minimum Salary USD $2,750.00/Course
