About the role
A leading residential school is looking for a Career Counsellor to guide senior-school students on course choice, career direction and higher education in India and overseas. You will work one-on-one with students, counsel parents, and build the school's university and industry connections.
What you will do
- Administer and interpret career assessments; explain results to students and parents
- Advise on subject choice, entrance requirements, applications and deadlines
- Track higher education pathways, courses and admission trends (India + global)
- Build university and industry collaborations info sessions, campus visits, exposure programmes
- Run career awareness and readiness sessions across the senior school
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's / Master's in Humanities, Science, Social Sciences, Management, Education or Technology
- Hands-on career counselling experience with students and parents
- Working knowledge of Indian and overseas higher education routes
- Board-recognised 50-hour Career Counselling CBP held, or willing to complete after joining
- Residential / boarding school experience preferred
