This opportunity is for a motivated individual to establish and grow their own career coaching branch within a local market. The role involves working with individuals to advance their careers, secure new opportunities, or successfully navigate career changes, while also managing the commercial performance and growth of the business.
Responsibilities
- Establish and grow your own career coaching branch within your local market
- Support professionals with career development, job searching, CV optimisation, LinkedIn positioning, and interview preparation
- Build relationships with individuals, businesses, and professional networks
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate enquiries and convert prospective clients into coaching programmes
- Deliver a high standard of client service and coaching support
- Implement established marketing and business development strategies
- Manage the commercial performance and growth of your business
- Collaborate with TCC HQ and our international network of coaching professionals
Requirements
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: career coaching or career guidance, recruitment and talent acquisition, human resources and people management, learning and development, sales and business development, leadership and management, professional coaching or mentoring, entrepreneurship or business ownership
- Entrepreneurial and motivated to build something of your own
- Confident communicating with people from different professional backgrounds
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Commercially minded and comfortable generating new business
- Passionate about helping people achieve their professional goals
- Proactive, organised, and capable of working independently
- Open to learning new systems and following established business processes
- Looking for long-term business ownership rather than traditional employment
