About This Role
This training instructor position in a fitness-style day service is ideal for someone who enjoys sports and helping others, even without prior experience or qualifications. You will guide group exercises and support machine use, contributing to users' well-being and independence.
Responsibilities
- Instruct group exercises, stretching, and walking
- Guide and support clients using exercise machines
- Monitor safety and provide encouragement
- Perform various record-keeping tasks
- Provide transportation services to and from clients' homes
Requirements
- Standard Driver's License (Automatic Transmission only allowed)

Important Details
- Schedule: Monday - Saturday, shift system, 8:30-17:30 (60-minute break); working hours and days are negotiable
- Contract: initial 2-month fixed-term employment, with the premise of renewing to indefinite-term employment upon mutual agreement from the 3rd month

- Probation period: the initial 2-month fixed-term employment period is considered equivalent to a probationary period
