About This Role
This care worker position offers flexible shifts to prioritize your lifestyle, whether you prefer day shifts or earning well with night shifts. You will provide comprehensive daily living support to residents in a care home setting.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assist with meals
- Provide bathing assistance
- Guide and support residents with toilet use
- Provide general daily living support to residents
Requirements
- Completion of Shoninsya Training (Beginner Training), Jitsumusya Training (Practical Training), or possession of a Care Worker certification
- Half a year or more of facility work experience if you do not have a qualification

Important Details
- Schedule: Choose your shifts, 2 days a week or more, 8 hours per day. Weekdays only, fixed days, no overtime, or shorter hours are negotiable. Example shifts: Start at 16:00, 16:30, 17:00; End at 9:00, 9:30, 10:00 the next day.
- Contract: 3-month renewal period
- Time off: Can be taken with advance notice for travel, returning home, or events
- Start date: Adjustable
