About This Role
This care worker position involves monitoring and patrolling in a day care service setting, supporting residents with daily activities. The role is ideal for someone with care qualifications or experience who is looking for flexible working hours and a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with meals
- Provide bathing assistance (monitoring, washing support, etc.)
- Guide and support residents to the toilet
- Provide overall support for daily living
Requirements
- Completion of Shoninkenshu (Introductory Training for Care Workers), Jitsumusha Kenshu (Practical Training for Care Workers), or possession of a Care Worker certification
- If no qualification, at least six months of facility work experience is required

Important Details
- Schedule: 2 days/week, 8 hours/day; flexible hours and fixed days are negotiable
- Example shifts: 7:00-16:00 (1 hour break), 9:00-18:00 (1 hour break), 10:00-19:00 (1 hour break)
- Contract renewal period: 3 months
