Responsibilities
- Provide physical care, including assistance with meals, bathing, excretion, transfers, mobility, and changing clothes
- Provide living assistance, including cleaning, changing sheets, and health checks
- Plan and implement recreational activities, take users for walks in the neighborhood, and assist with functional training
- Perform administrative tasks, including recording notes and confirming handovers

Important Details
- Schedule: Consultations available for working hours and days; fixed hours/days or variable days are possible
- Working hours: 07:00-20:00, 8 hours per shift, minimum 2 days per week, with 30-60 minute breaks
- Contract: renewable (from 2 months)
- Start date: immediate start possible, or up to 2 months later
- Days off: shift system, minimum 2 days off per week; consecutive holidays for travel, easy to work while raising children
- Possible days off: Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays; fixed days of the week; variable working days each week; working within dependent limits
- Locations: Tagawa-gun Kawasaki-cho area and many other locations available (please specify desired location and facility type)
- Commuting: car, motorcycle (gasoline allowance provided), and bicycle commuting allowed
