Caregiver Role Summary As a
Caregiver , you will provide hands-on support to residents, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. You will follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changes to ensure personalized care. Promoting
safety, dignity, and
independence is essential, along with engaging residents through conversation and activities to enhance their quality of life.
Key responsibilities include supporting dining services, maintaining a clean environment, and effectively communicating with families and care team members. In Memory Care settings, you will create enriching experiences tailored to residents with memory loss.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain), and strong communication, compassion, and reliability skills.
