About This Role
This night-shift post on the cardiac ward pairs patient care with mentoring new nurses.
Responsibilities
- Provide care management services for individuals living at home
- Assist with various applications for long-term care insurance
- Create, explain, obtain consent for, and deliver care service plans
- Coordinate with various businesses and related organizations
- Perform benefit management tasks and certification survey tasks
- Advise, consult, and guide other care managers (for those employed as a Chief Care Support Specialist)
Requirements
- Hold one of the following qualifications:
- Care Worker Initial Training
- Care Worker Practical Training
- Certified Care Worker
- Helper Grade 1 or 2
- Practical experience not required; those with a career break are welcome
- Motivated individuals interested in care work are welcome

- Child allowance: for those with children aged 10-18 (15 yen/hour per child, with internal company regulations)
- Nursery allowance: 10,000 yen/month for those using Nichii's company-led nursery (with internal company regulations)
Important Details
- Schedule: Shift system, including 9:00-18:00, 3 days a week, approximately 5 hours a day
- Break time: 45 minutes for 6-8 hours of work, 60 minutes for 8+ hours of work
- Employment type: Part-time
- Contract: Fixed-term (until March 31st); after 1 year of employment, the next annual contract renewal will generally be an indefinite-term employment contract (exceptions apply for re-employed individuals, students, and those engaged in temporary work)
- Days off: 6 days or more per 4 weeks (holidays set by shift schedule, considering preferences)
