About This Role
This management role is for a leader who can take charge of multiple areas within the company's core care business, driving sales and operational excellence. Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee operations in the assigned area
- Manage sales and conduct sales activities
- Supervise and manage service provision
- Design and launch new services
- Manage compliance
- Coordinate with government agencies, medical institutions, welfare facilities, and other relevant bodies
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and retention
- Participate in various business projects
Requirements
- Ordinary driver's license (AT limited allowed)
Nice to have:
- Management experience as a store manager, SV, or area manager (e.g., former ramen shop manager, area manager for a restaurant chain, FC headquarters SV)
- Management experience in the welfare and care sector
- Experience working on the front lines in any industry and understanding the現場の実情
