Caring for clients in their daily routines is the core of this role, ensuring they feel clean and well-cared for. You will support clients in what they can do themselves and assist with what they can no longer manage, contributing to a homely and welcoming atmosphere. This position involves assisting and guiding clients with activities, preparing meals and drinks, and helping them with eating and drinking. The role is based in homes 5 and 6 at the Kweekweg location, which provides care for clients with somatic care and support needs, including several individuals with Parkinson's disease.
Norschoten Care Organization works from heart to heart, focusing on relationships with residents, clients, their families, and colleagues. At the Kweekweg location, there are 12 homes and a hospice.
