Being the friendly and efficient first point of contact at the front desk is the core of this Car Dealership Receptionist role. You will manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and support daily office operations, contributing to a smooth and welcoming experience for both customers and staff. Responsibilities

• Greet customers, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and warmth, creating a positive first impression
• Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls accurately, and handle customer requests promptly
• Maintain organized front desk operations, including filing, data entry, and managing appointments
• Support office management and perform basic clerical duties
• Assist with customer support by providing information about dealership services, scheduling appointments, and following up on inquiries
• Handle administrative tasks including filing, organizing documents, and supporting personal assistant duties if needed
• Ensure excellent phone etiquette and professionalism during all interactions to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Prior office management or clerical experience in a busy environment preferred
• Proven customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and QuickBooks is highly desirable
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry, proofreading, and filing processes
• Experience in an automotive dealership or similar retail setting is advantageous but not required
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while maintaining professionalism under pressure
