About This Role
This important role helps keep a car dealership running smoothly by ensuring the vehicle inventory is clean, organized, properly parked, and always ready for customers. The ideal candidate takes pride in keeping the vehicle inventory clean, organized, and ready for customers.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to dealership productivity by providing prompt, efficient, and quality work
- Clean the inside and outside of vehicles before sales delivery to customers
- Manage lot appearance: maintain a clean, organized, and presentable dealership lot (making sure all vehicles are in line and there are no open spaces)
- Attend to vehicles on the lot that need cleaning
- Attend to vehicles in the showroom that need cleaning
- Help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the lot and building
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the detail area
- Help maintain cleanliness of rental vehicles
- Help prepare for dealership events as detailed by management
- Help maintain the dealership's carwash
- Help maintain a safe and clean lot during winter
- Check vehicles for visible damage and report any concerns to the sales/service department
- Follow direct instructions from management
- Follow all dealership safety procedures and handle vehicles responsibly
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40lbs
- 50% or more of the job requires sight
- 50% or more of the job requires hearing
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Pass a background check and MVR

Important Details
- Employment type: Full-Time / Part-Time
- Desired Full Time Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
- Desired Part Time Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 1:30pm
- Hours may be flexible as long as the needs of the Dealership are being met
