About This Role

This on-site coordinator role involves managing the daily operations of a car dealership, ensuring the sales pipeline runs smoothly. You will be responsible for lead follow-up and appointment confirmations, allowing the sales team to concentrate on closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CRM (DealerCenter), assign leads, and track the sales pipeline
• Follow up with hot leads via calls, texts, and emails
• Confirm appointments to reduce no-shows
• Coordinate with the virtual phone service
• Provide weekly pipeline reporting

Requirements

• 1+ year of dealership or sales operations experience
• Comfortable using a CRM (training will be provided)
• Strong phone skills, organized, and detail-oriented
• Reliable transportation

Nice to have:

• BDC or appointment-setting experience
• Familiarity with Cars.com, AutoTrader, and Facebook Marketplace
• Dealership process knowledge
