Responsibilities
Captain
- Supervised and supported junior service staff to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
- Assigned service sections and coordinated floor operations to maintain efficient service flow.
- Ensured consistent adherence to service standards, company SOPs, and operational procedures.
- Served as the key liaison between management and the service team, facilitating effective communication.
- Assisted with the training, onboarding, and development of new service staff.
Cook
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and company standards.
- Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
- Monitor food stock levels and inform the supervisor of shortages.
- Store and handle ingredients in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
