Job Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized guest service in line with Shangri‑La brand values in the day‑to‑day operations of Shophouse
- Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally and promptly
- Maintain strong knowledge of food, beverage, menu items, and service procedures
- Ensure hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards are consistently upheld
Job Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of Food & Beverage service experience
- Strong passion for guest service and hospitality excellence
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service standards
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
