About This Role

Canvassing assigned neighborhoods to identify potential customers and generate interest in exterior restoration services is the core of this sales role. The Canvasser will engage homeowners, perform inspections, and close high-value restoration projects, delivering a customer-first experience built on trust, education, and results.

Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods to identify potential customers and generate interest in roofing, remodeling, and restoration services
• Engage homeowners in a professional, friendly manner to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
• Perform roof inspections and assess property conditions to support recommendations
• Present and sell restoration services including roofing, siding, and related exterior work
• Track daily activity, leads, and sales performance to consistently improve close rates
• Work independently while managing time, routes, and follow-ups effectively

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit (if required locally)
• Comfortable with physical activity including walking neighborhoods and climbing ladders
• Willing to travel locally to assigned neighborhoods and office locations as needed
• Strong communication skills and a self-motivated attitude
• Comfortable working in a performance-based, commission-driven environment
