Connecting with homeowners to introduce roofing services and schedule complimentary inspections is the core of this canvassing role. It suits motivated and coachable individuals looking to gain real sales experience and earn based on their performance, particularly college students, athletes, servers, bartenders, and those new to sales.
Responsibilities
- Connect with homeowners in neighborhoods where Rhino Roofing is actively working
- Introduce roofing services and generate interest in complimentary roof inspections
- Build rapport with homeowners and communicate professionally
- Identify interested homeowners and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
- Learn the fundamentals of prospecting, lead generation, and consultative selling
- Work alongside a team focused on accountability, development, and results
- Track activity and appointments while working toward individual and team goals
Requirements
- Reliable personal vehicle and ability to travel between assigned neighborhoods
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners and initiating conversations
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Nice to have:
- Availability for weeknight and Saturday shifts is strongly preferred
- Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, or fundraising experience

Important Details
- Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week, flexible; weeknight and Saturday availability is strongly encouraged
