About This Role

This canvassing role involves engaging with homeowners in residential neighborhoods to introduce home improvement products and schedule appointments for the sales team. It suits an outgoing and motivated individual who enjoys talking to people and is driven by performance-based compensation.

Responsibilities

• Walk assigned residential neighborhoods and speak directly with homeowners
• Introduce Wilson Windows & Wilson Exteriors and their home improvement products
• Generate interest in impact windows, hurricane doors, and lifetime exterior coating systems
• Schedule qualified, in-home appointments for the professional sales team
• Accurately record homeowner information and appointments
• Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
• Work with your team and manager to achieve daily and weekly goals

Requirements

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching new people
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Motivated by performance-based compensation
• Dependable, punctual, and coachable
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking residential neighborhoods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
