About This Role

Working as a Field Sales Representative, you will be the front line of Five Star Bath Solutions' sales pipeline. You will take a pre-verified list of homeowners, knock on their doors, start conversations about bathroom remodels, and set in-home consultation appointments for the sales team. This role reports to the Field Marketing Manager and works independently in the field for most of each shift.

Responsibilities

• Work your assigned county route each day, following the app's Google Maps leg links stop by stop to cover your territory efficiently
• Prospect every address on the route: introduce Five Star Bath Solutions, build rapport, uncover the homeowner's bathroom needs, and generate interest in a free in-home estimate
• Set and issue qualified appointments for our sales team, confirming the date, time, and decision-makers so each appointment is ready to run
• Track your pipeline in the route workbook in real time: mark Knocked?, Booked?, and Outcome, and record the details that matter in Field Notes
• Flag any address that looks wrong, vacant, or unsafe instead of skipping it silently, so the lead list gets corrected for future routes
• Represent the brand with professionalism at every door: follow posted no soliciting rules, respect No Knock requests, and put personal safety ahead of finishing the list
• Report route completion and daily sales activity and results to the Field Marketing Manager at the end of each shift

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle in good working condition for driving the assigned route
• A smartphone to open the route's Google Maps links and log Knocked?/Booked?/Outcome throughout the day
• Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Confident, friendly communicator who builds rapport quickly, handles objections, and asks for the appointment
• Self-motivated and goal-driven, able to work independently and manage your own pipeline with minimal supervision
