Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end campus facilities and administration operations.
- Ensure delivery of services as per IFM contract requirements, SLAs, and timelines.
- Oversee maintenance, security, housekeeping, vendor management, and compliance activities.
- Drive operational efficiency and maintain a safe, productive workplace environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and lead campus operations teams to ensure high service standards.
Education Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical or Management Degree (mandatory)
Experience Requirement
- 15+ years of experience in Campus Operations, Facilities Management, or Administration.
- Experience managing large-scale campuses and IFM contracts preferred.
