Campaign and Event Specialist CRO

About This Role

This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns and events, developing content, and managing digital marketing efforts to promote the company's products. It suits a marketing communication professional with experience in both online and offline advertising channels, who is also a team player and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Brief, follow-up, and implement campaigns in line with marketing strategy and sales plans
• Coordinate media plans and content, ensuring timely approval and implementation
• Create and adapt marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website updates
• Perform ad hoc translation and text localization
• Brief, plan, and execute events, trade shows, and product launches to engage customers and showcase new models
• Manage online advertising campaigns and an always-on approach (Google Ads, social media platforms)
• Oversee SEO efforts and website performance to maximize reach and engagement
• Track, report, and present on the effectiveness of marketing efforts to recommend improvements for future initiatives
• Work closely with and support the PR team, sales team, product team, BYD Dealers, and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and successful campaign execution
• Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency
• Monitor BYD activities, Dealer activities, and competitors
• Be a brand ambassador and a solid team-player, always working with the customer in mind

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in marketing communication; automotive experience is a plus
• Experience in working with creative and media agencies
• Full understanding of all advertising channels, online and offline, together with KPIs and metrics
• Experience in event management and car handling for press conferences and other events
• Knowledge of Croatian and English
• Exceptional communication skills
• Team work
• Powerpoint, Excel, and other office tools
• Driver -s license B category
