A call for proposals to encourage the incorporation of European green technology in Argentine projects!
The LCBA (Low Carbon Business Action) program funded and promoted by the European Union, is launching a public call for proposals from Argentine companies that want to incorporate European technology into their circular economy, energy efficiency, or decarbonization projects. Participating projects with a clear positive environmental impact will have access to the range of support offered by the program.
Some Examples Of The Projects That Are Supported Are
- Turnkey solutions for biogas and renewable energy projects.
- Incorporation of technology to increase energy efficiency in industry.
- Purchase of technology or advice on waste management and valorization.
- Incorporation of a European technology partner for decarbonization in sectors such as agri-food.

- Energy efficiency in industrial processes.
- Low carbon agriculture.
- Biogas and biomethane.
- Renewable projects.
- Waste management and valorization.
The Requirements For The Program Are
- To be an Argentine company of medium or large category (according to Sepyme).
- Having a project, technological need or knowledge transfer that has a positive environmental impact of emissions reduction or circular economy.
The Benefits Of Participation For Argentine Companies Are
- Technological scouting and business intelligence.
- Advice on diagnosis and definition of need.
- Support until the signing of the collaboration/commercial agreement.
- Specialized technical assistance package (legal, financial and environmental) for approved projects.
- Contact with financial institutions that offer credit lines suited to the project to be implemented.
Support from the LCBA community to promote the benefits of the project, such as:
- Participation in national and international press releases.
- Appearance on the program's website.
- Participation in videos and interviews for social media.
- In addition, those projects that reach a commercial agreement will receive the European Union's LCBA project identifier seal.
The deadline for applications is July 21, 2022.
