Call Center Representative

About This Role

Caring for prospective clients in healthcare is the core of this role, by making outbound calls to identify their needs and qualify them for the sales process. This position suits a candidate with experience in telemarketing or sales who is comfortable with high-volume outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to assigned clinics and healthcare facilities
• Identify and engage key decision-makers within healthcare facilities
• Determine the current claims provider or platform being used by prospective clients
• Identify client needs, pain points, and objections to effectively position the platform
• Qualify interested prospects and assess their readiness for the next stage of the sales process
• Generate additional leads through research, prospecting, and outbound outreach
• Conduct follow-up calls to nurture prospects and maintain engagement
• Schedule product presentations and demonstrations with the internal sales team
• Endorse qualified sales opportunities to the internal sales team for further engagement
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect status, sales activities, and customer interactions
• Conduct product demonstrations using the provided client training materials, as needed

Requirements

• Graduate of any Business- or Science-related course
• 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, inside sales, or retail sales
• Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and customer service skills
• Comfortable handling outbound sales calls and achieving sales targets
• Flexible and willing to render overtime (OT) when necessary
