About This Role

This role as a Bilingual Spanish Receptionist is for someone who thrives on making a great first impression and enjoys helping others over the phone. You will be the friendly voice answering calls for businesses across the U.S. and Canada, acting as their secret weapon for making a fantastic first impression and ensuring every call is handled smoothly, professionally, and with warmth.

Requirements

• 1
• 3 years of customer service experience, preferred (bonus if it
• s fast-paced!)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• MUST BE fluent in both speaking and translating
• Multitask and thrive in busy environments
• Type at least 40 WPM
• Bring energy to work
• even on some holidays
• Ability to sit for long periods
• Pass a background and drug check
• Able to fulfill a 4-week paid training program, Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
• Spanish language required
• Ability to commute to Las Vegas, NV 89149
