Being the first point of contact for clients and providing exceptional customer service and support is the core of this role. The Call Center Representative handles inbound and outbound calls, ensuring each interaction is positive and productive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to clients
• Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or recommendations
• Document all interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and offerings
• Uphold phone etiquette standards to ensure a positive client experience

Requirements

• Proficiency in English
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to analyze information quickly and accurately to provide effective solutions
• Familiarity with office environments and standard office equipment
