Call Center Representative

About This Role

Caring for customers by managing inbound and outbound calls is the primary focus of this Call Center Representative position. The role involves assisting customers with appointments and maintaining a positive company image, and suits an individual with strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Sit at a workstation for long hours to interact with customers using a computer and headset
• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner, completing over 100 calls a day on average
• Build positive work relationships with customers to enhance the image and public perception of our company
• Assist customers in setting up appointments from the showroom floor
• Follow our customer engagement strategy
• Meet qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer support or sales role strongly recommended
• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
• Adaptable to different personality types
• Familiarity with CRM technology
• Customer focused
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent time management skills
• High school diploma or GED required
