Call Center Representative

The Call Center Representative contacts homeowners to schedule qualified appointments for the sales team, follows up on leads, and ensures an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities

• Contact homeowners by phone and schedule free in-home consultations
• Follow company scripts while adapting conversations to customer needs
• Answer questions and handle objections professionally
• Enter and update customer information in the CRM
• Confirm appointments for canvassers and sales representatives
• Answer inbound calls generated from marketing campaigns
• Follow up with prospective customers
• Maintain accurate lead and appointment records
• Perform quality control calls and data entry tasks

Requirements

• Customer service or call center experience preferred
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Comfortable talking with homeowners throughout the day
• Sales, telemarketing, or appointment-setting experience is a plus
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Reliable, organized, and goal-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
