Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to homeowners to introduce exterior remodeling services and schedule qualified appointments
• Engage with potential customers, build rapport, and create interest in offerings
• Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and keep schedules full for the sales team
• Accurately track conversations, appointments, and customer details in systems
• Work closely with the outside sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and strong customer experience
• Continuously improve your approach through feedback, coaching, and performance tracking

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
• A natural ability to connect with people and build trust quickly
• Sales-driven mindset with a hunger to earn uncapped commissions
